“I’m in Charge of My Health – Every Body is Different, Adapt to Accommodate Yours!” is the story of my unrelenting search to finding answers to serious health issues that plagued me for 50 years.
I suffered from unexplained illness, including stomach, skin, eye and knee problems, most of my life. I was ultimately diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that has attacked my liver and given a life expectancy of roughly five years.
This diagnosis brought me to my knees, and that’s where I found her strength.
I decided to take charge of her own health, find out what was truly ailing me, and find a solution.
This book chronicles my journey of self-discovery and self-healing and offers hope to others who are plagued with chronic pain and illness that they too can recover.
